Currently, our products are only sold to four countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. If your order is finished,
we will send you an confirmation email once your order is verified. 

Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (1-2 business days) + Shipping Date (3-15 business days)

During the peak season,if you choose the ready to ship category,we will ship out in 1-2 days,and we can't guarantee all sizes are in stock,because the orders are large,thank you for understanding. If your order size is out of stock,we will contact you via email.

Please note: During Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. So I suggest you place the order in Early Sept or End of the August to make sure you can receive the costumes in time.

The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Return & Refund

Return & Refund Policy

We provide 30 days limited worry-free shopping protection.The customer is responsible for returning the items in their original condition within 30 days after delivery. 


1. We only accept refunds for accessories, props, wigs and standard size costumes. You need to ensure that the goods are unused, unstained and unbroken status.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Besides, you will have to bear the shipping cost for sending the goods back to our warehouse. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). And please provide an effective URL for the online delivery tracking number, logistics company, and online check.

2. Returns and exchanges shall be made within 30 natural days after the package delivered. Once we received your package,the money will be returned in 3 business days.

3. We provide full refund or replacement of defective/wrong products (damage caused by customers is not included in this category)，please email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund.

4. If you want to return or exchange the costumes due to your mistake, you need to bear the return and re-ship shipping cost.

About Order Cancellations: 

we accept full refund and cancellations within 2 days for standard size costumes, props, wigs and accessories. Over 2 days, we will charge 40% of the order amount for labor costs. Besides, once the order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Wrong/Insufficient Address provided by the customers: 

A: While your order is in transit: Wrong/Insufficient address causes redelivery: Our company does not bear the cost of changing the address/redelivery. 
B: While your order is in transit: Wrong address leads to cancellation of order: We will charge 40% of the value of the goods for reprocessing fee and will not refund the original shipping fee of this order.
